Abstract: Producer and director of the prizewinning Bible Stories Video Project, Christopher Gornold-Smith and his wife Ragna, have created authentic costumes for Bible times with passionate care. Their research of clothing and accessories during the time of Jesus along with passion of the craft have allowed them to create historically accurate costumes for their work. Christopher explains a variety of costumes from the New Testament period including Jewish, Roman, Greek civilian and military apparel. He'll take you step by step on how to create certain pieces, where to purchase replicas of ancient Roman armor and how to do it all on a budget.
