520 3 _aThe study attempts to present the factors that have caused the growth experienced by churches ministering to the autochthonous population in French speaking Belgium. Six churches, randomly chosen out of a population of twenty-one churches that met the selection criteria, were researched. Interviews of the pastor, one older and two new believers were conducted and surveys were completed by all members of the board of elders, two mature leaders and most new believers for each of the six churches. The analysis of the data revealed that a growing church ministering to the autochthonous population in French speaking Belgium has members who invite their friends and family members to the many events and services offered by their church
