<br/><br/> This research demonstrated, in spite of evidence for transformational thinking in some categories, there was not sufficient evidence to conclude that theological education nenewal existed in any of the three sites examined. Three interrelated areas that were lacking were student ministry skills development (in spite of strong evidence of spiritual formation), faculty interaction and vulnerability with students (especially in a ministry mentoring role), and the understanding and application of adult education principles.
