Abstract: Strategic Engagement continues in Volume II with four more activities. In contrast to Volume I, I learned these activities after graduate school while working internally as an Organization Development practitioner under the mentorship of Robert P Crosby. Volume II focuses on system-wide activities and includes group-to-group conflict, goal alignment, process improvement, and project or major initiative. Combine this set of system-wide activities with what you learned in Volume I (conflict resolution between two employees or a boss and employee, work team development, and transition sessions) and you have a basic toolkit to transform any workplace culture.
