"Visting is a great read, but also an insightful instruction manual for any church's outreach and visting program. We love its style and its glimpse into the developing, rich friendship between two such different people. God placed Bob and Steve in disparate roles in life and society, but by "going visiting" together they became such close and dear friends. The many stories or vignettes of all the numerous people they visited, and the situations and questions they confronted, are instructive to read."
