MacArthur looks at the condition of the "church" today and sees weak churches, many conversions and much enrollment that has less and less impact on our world today. He tackles issues such as: 1. there is no justification without regeneration. 2. Faith without works is dead and that no one will ever be saved by a dead faith. 3. The mark of true justification is persevering to the end. 4. Without holiness no one will see the Lord. et cetera This is an accurately shocking analysis of the modern day church, and his description of conversion is wonderfully radical.
