After Francis' encounter with a pastoral counselor, he embarks on a journey of self-discovery and healing, as he re-lives aspects of his life that he felt shame, fear, depression, and hopelessness. Though his sessions with his counselor, Francis shares his struggles with obesity and depression, and rediscovers his strengths, hopes, and passion for life. He learns to value and love the man that he has become. He also learns that life is all about perspectives (how we look at the world and happenings in the world), and that with Jesus as his foundation, self-worth, pride, joy, and hope are all within reach.
