The goal of this study was to assess the effectiveness of the R2E program as a model that could be adapted to train church planters. The National Council of French Evangelicals (CNEF) has defined a national goal of establishing one church for every ten thousand inhabitants Translated in church planting objectives, this means planting four thousand new churches out of the two thousand existing ones. These representatives also agree that one of the key starting points for this goal is the training of a new generation of church planters.
