Abstract: Using generative AI to develop winning marketing strategies uses the mission, vision, objective, situation analysis (market research), strategy, tactics, and execution structure (MVOSSTE) to guide market strategists through the market strategy-building process. Generative AI is used as a tool throughout the process to provide the marketing strategist or executive with a broader array of options for each phase of MVOSSTE. Examples throughout the book show how AI can be used to develop mission and vision statements, develop research programs to identify target markets, develop organizational structures, develop metrics that support organizational goals, and create operating procedures. Each example is footnoted with the prompt that resulted in the AI response. The use of AI with the MVOSSTE structure can provide students, strategists, and executives with a clear roadmap to creating efective marketing strategies.
